Official Microsoft Way to Bypass Windows 11 TPM

1. Open Regedit



2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup.

4. Set AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU to 1.
